About The Position
Ziker Cleaners is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Route Associate to safely transport garments, supplies, and store materials between their retail locations and production facility. This role involves helping to create a positive experience for both customers and coworkers. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.
Requirements
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Clean driving history and ability to meet insurability requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic phone and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable attendance and accountability
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of delivery driving experience
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle along designated local routes
- Load, transport, and deliver customer garments and supplies
- Coordinate deliveries, paperwork, and inventory transfers between locations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned routes
- Exchange store cash and coordinate bank runs as needed
- Maintain and balance assigned petty cash funds
- Report discrepancies immediately
- Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle
- Track mileage and maintenance records
- Assist with maintaining clean and organized common work areas
- Contribute to a positive, team-first workplace environment
