About The Position
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and events. This role also involves assisting guests with luggage, providing a warm welcome, responding to guest inquiries, and handling concerns with care. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of shuttles, the front drive, and the lobby is also a key part of the position.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude
- Licensed and safe driver with a valid driver's license
- Strong communicator, able to handle questions and concerns professionally
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift
- Flexible schedule, available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events
- Assist guests with luggage
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed
- Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized
