About The Position

Prime, Inc. is one of America’s largest trucking operations and is critical in getting products delivered on time for about every industry. The work done by Prime, Inc. ensures that families can shop for groceries, get online orders, and have the supplies needed for projects at home. This role is critical in helping drivers get around town when they are not in their truck. This is a full-time Shuttle Driver position.

Requirements

• Professional appearance required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Requires great attention to detail.
• Must have ability to communicate with other co-workers and the management team.
• Driver must be dependable, have a good MVR and also be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Applicant must have or must be able to obtain a Z endorsement on their license prior to taking position.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports vehicle from individual or central loading area to designations according to assigned schedule and/or client requests.
• Provides excellent customer service to riders.
• Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with main terminal, security, or other drivers to report disruption of service or other pertinent information.
• Maintains clean and orderly shuttle.
• Assists passengers with loading and unloading of luggage or other product.
• Frequent head turning, bending, reaching, handling and grasping.
• Performs related work as required.
