About The Position

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a shuttle van in a safe and responsible manner.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and remain on feet for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate the hotel shuttle van safely and efficiently to transport guests between the hotel and designated locations.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues to management promptly.
- Help with loading and unloading of guests’ belongings as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips and schedules.
