About The Position

The Ski Shuttle Services Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers between Tributary and Grand Targhee Ski Resort at designated times during the day, and maintaining Tributary’s Ski Lounge at the ski mountain. You will provide a positive, courteous experience for members and guests and ensure timely and smooth transportation services. A successful candidate will focus on safety, customer service, and punctuality. Operate company vehicles safely and reliably, including but not limited to 4x4 Sprinter van and Ford Expedition-style SUV. Transport members and guests to and from Tributary and Grand Targhee at scheduled times or times designated by the department head. Confirm and log passenger names. Load and offload member and their guests' ski and snowboard gear. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles (interior and exterior). Refuel company vehicles as needed. Follow designated schedules to ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs. Maintain the Tributary–Targhee Clubroom by stocking supplies, removing trash, and ensuring the space remains clean and organized. Duties include, but are not limited to, restocking beverages (water, coffee, tea, cocoa) and cleaning high-traffic areas such as counters, sinks, carpets, and floors as needed. Perform minor vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure, fluid levels). Complete administrative tasks such as logging vehicle maintenance, fuel receipts, or passenger feedback. Promptly report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs. Communicate all passenger feedback to the department head. Marginal: Provide support to other departments as needed. Assist with additional transportation tasks, including but not limited to supporting members, guests, and overall club operations.

Requirements

  • Valid and active driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last three years
  • DOT Medical Certification – This will be scheduled and paid for by Tributary once hired
  • Prior experience in a customer-centric customer-facing position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment
  • Must be able to speak fluent English
  • Must be able to represent themselves in a positive and professional manner that will promote the club features and activities.
  • Must demonstrate and be interested in creating and maintaining relationships.
  • Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience and or comfort driving a Class B vehicle (passenger van)
  • WFR or WFA certified
  • First aid and CPR
