About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for our hotel guests. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive guest experience from the moment they step into our shuttle. You will be responsible for the safe operation of the shuttle, assisting guests, and maintaining the vehicle's condition, while also supporting the front desk team.
Requirements
- A safe, responsible, and dependable driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- A people person who enjoys making guests feel at ease and appreciated.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Able to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) with ease.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring every ride is comfortable and stress-free.
- Assist guests with luggage, always handling with care and professionalism.
- Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and in top condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Support the front desk and guest services team with special requests or information.
- Uphold all traffic laws, safety standards, and hotel procedures at all times.
