About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves driving a shuttle bus to transport customers to and from facilities, assisting with loading and unloading, and operating the vehicle safely and efficiently. Drivers are responsible for monitoring vehicle condition, communicating with dispatch, and conducting pre/post-trip inspections. The position also requires maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with customers and performing other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
