About The Position

Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join their team. As Wisconsin's largest dealership, Bergstrom Automotive is committed to exceptional guest experiences and fostering team member growth. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the dealership, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the shuttle vehicle, and communicating effectively with the service team. This role requires adherence to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
