Requirements

• No prior automotive experience required -- a great attitude and a genuine care for people is what matters most here
• Clean, valid driver's license with an excellent driving record -- non-negotiable
• Friendly, personable, and professional -- you're comfortable making conversation and putting guests at ease
• Reliable and punctual -- the service team and our guests count on you to be where you're needed, when you're needed
• Comfortable with basic communication tools -- phone, text, and dealership scheduling software
• A hospitality mindset -- every ride is an opportunity to leave the guest with a great impression of Swickard Toyota

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with the Edmonds and greater Snohomish County area preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport service guests safely and promptly to and from their homes, workplaces, and other destinations while their vehicle is being serviced
• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor -- making the ride feel like part of a premium service experience, not an afterthought
• Maintain a clean, presentable shuttle vehicle at all times -- inside and out
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and the service team to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and scheduling throughout the day
• Keep accurate trip logs and passenger records as required
• Navigate the Edmonds area efficiently -- using good judgment and local knowledge to manage timing and routes
• Assist guests with any needs during transport -- luggage, directions, questions -- with patience and a genuine willingness to help
• Support the service team with additional porter and lot duties during slower periods
