About The Position

Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage. Open entrance door for and warmly greet/welcome all guests. Safely shuttle guests from the hotel to the airport and surrounding areas. Ensure the front lobby; front interior and exterior entrances are clean and inviting. May provide directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.

Requirements

Requires a valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license if required) and safely drive guest vehicles and/or shuttle van.
Customer Service Focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High work ethic and self-initiative
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
