About The Position

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a CDL Class A driver to operate a company truck over an established route, delivering and selling linen, laundry, uniform, and related products and services to customers. The role also includes handling customer invoices and payments, maintaining delivery and inventory records, addressing service concerns, and keeping the truck clean and routinely maintained. The position is full-time and includes benefits.

Requirements

• Current, valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A).
• Clean DMV record.
• High school diploma or GED, three months of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Intermediate math skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck on an established route to deliver laundry, uniforms, and other products to customers’ places of business.
• Collect payments, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices.
• Obtain or provide customer signatures on invoices for pickups or deliveries.
• Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
• Collect rejected or unsold laundry and uniforms and load and unload the truck.
• Contact prospective customers and inform existing customers about new products or services.
• Listen to and resolve service complaints, keep a supervisor informed, and follow inventory-control policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean and perform routine maintenance on the truck.
• Attend training and service department meetings.
