Shuttle Driver - Transporter
About The Position
Midwestern Wheels, Inc., a licensee of Avis Budget Group, is seeking a Shuttle Driver - Transporter. This role involves safely moving cars between different zones within the facility, organizing vehicles on the lot, delivering vehicles to other rental locations or vendors, and shuttling team members for vehicle pick-ups or drop-offs. The position requires clear communication via radio or phone and the ability to identify and report vehicle damage. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to use an electronic tablet often.
Responsibilities
- Safely move cars from return areas to cleaning/servicing zones
- Relocate vehicles around the facility as directed
- Deliver vehicles to other rental locations or vendors as needed
- Ride with or follow other drivers to pick up or drop off vehicles
- Communicate with team via radio or phone
- Identify and report any vehicle damage
