Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
- Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
- Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
