Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
  • Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
  • Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
