About The Position

The Rooms Division Shuttle & Operations Attendant plays a critical role in supporting the overall guest experience and operational efficiency of the hotel. This position combines the responsibilities of Shuttle Driver and Bellperson with active operational support across Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Services operations. In addition to safely transporting guests and assisting with luggage, this position is expected to remain actively engaged in Rooms Division operations during downtime between shuttle runs. Responsibilities include supporting all areas of laundry operations, assisting Housekeeping with room stripping and linen movement when operationally necessary, restocking housekeeping carts and supplies, assisting with package handling and delivery, maintaining lobby market and coffee presentation, and ensuring public areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. This position is ideal for a highly motivated team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple hotel departments while delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements

Valid driving license with a good driving history
Previous professional driving experience
