About The Position

The Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver/Hotel Houseperson for the PM shift. This dual-role position is crucial for delivering a seamless guest experience by providing safe, friendly transportation and maintaining clean, welcoming public spaces. It's ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to work evenings between the hours of 4 PM and 2 AM.
  • Must be able to work on a schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations.
  • Provide warm, professional guest service, including assisting with luggage.
  • Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and daily inspection logs.
  • Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and guest needs.
  • Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and brand safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entry areas.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and ensure all high-touch surfaces meet brand standards.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; deliver clean linens to room attendants.
  • Restock housekeeping closets and assist with room-attendant support tasks as needed (e.g., stripping rooms, delivering supplies).
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for items such as towels, pillows, cribs, or amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
