About The Position

The Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver/Hotel Houseperson for the PM shift. This dual-role position is crucial for delivering a seamless guest experience by providing safe, friendly transportation and maintaining clean, welcoming public spaces. It's ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
Strong customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a sense of urgency.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to work evenings between the hours of 4 PM and 2 AM.
Must be able to work on a schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations.
Provide warm, professional guest service, including assisting with luggage.
Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and daily inspection logs.
Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding pick-ups, drop-offs, and guest needs.
Follow all traffic laws, hotel policies, and brand safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor entry areas.
Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and ensure all high-touch surfaces meet brand standards.
Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; deliver clean linens to room attendants.
Restock housekeeping closets and assist with room-attendant support tasks as needed (e.g., stripping rooms, delivering supplies).
Respond promptly to guest requests for items such as towels, pillows, cribs, or amenities.
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
