About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive South Hurstbourne, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. You will safely transport guests to and from the shop, provide friendly and professional customer service, and assist our front-of-house team as needed. You are expected to represent CBA South Hurstbourne’s core values in every interaction with our guests and team.

Requirements

Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guest
Valid state driver's license
Meet required insurance driving record parameters
Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality ( we work hard but like to have fun doing it )!
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Applicants will drive our branded shuttle vehicle for this position.

Responsibilities

Safely picking up and dropping off guests in our branded company shuttle while providing a friendly, professional experience
Representing CBA South Hurstbourne and our core values with every guest interaction
Greeting guests and assisting with checking guests in and out
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with questions and scheduling
Making customer appreciation and follow-up calls
Keeping the shuttle clean, organized, safe, and comfortable for our guests
Assisting the team with front-of-house guest services and other tasks as needed
Notifying the Service Manager of any shuttle maintenance or service needs
Following all company safety policies and procedures
Performing other duties as assigned
