About The Position
EVEN Hotel is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented team member to join our team as a Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Associate. This unique position combines providing safe and courteous transportation for our guests with delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet company insurance requirements to operate the hotel shuttle.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport hotel guests to and from the airport and other approved local destinations.
- Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Assist guests with luggage as needed.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel shuttle.
- Cross-train and assist at the Front Desk, including: Checking guests in and out. Answering phone calls and making reservations. Processing guest payments. Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns. Maintaining accurate guest records.
- Assist with general hotel operations and support other departments as needed.
