About The Position
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Shuttle Driver / Customer Service Representative to support our RV rental operations in Leduc, Alberta. This role combines customer service, light administrative work, and shuttle driving to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers from arrival to departure.
Requirements
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence (Class 2 or Class 4)
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable driving passengers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Clear English communication skills
- Availability to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers during RV departures and returns
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Demonstrate RV features and complete basic quality checks
- Shuttle customers to and from hotels, the airport, and the rental facility
- Assist customers with luggage as needed
- Process basic paperwork, payments, and reservations
- Keep the shuttle bus clean, safe, and in good working condition
- Follow traffic laws and use defensive driving skills
- Support the team with other duties as needed
