About The Position

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver for our Baby Steps program located within the Edgewood Hospital. This is a PRN position with approximately 10-12 hours weekly, working from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Shuttle Bus Driver operates a shuttle bus to ensure the safe transportation of Associates and Customers from parking areas to our facilities. The role requires demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and must be insurable by the Hospital insurance carrier
• Must be able to safely operate a 14-passenger bus
• Customer Service skills
• Experience operating similar type vehicles

Responsibilities

• Transport Associates and Customers safely to and from parking areas and hospital facilities, utilizing safe driving techniques
• Practice good customer service skills
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle
• Performs other duties as assigned.
