About The Position

As a Destruction Center Specialist/Transportation Specialist at Access Information Management, you’ll help securely destroy sensitive materials for hospitals, law firms, and major organizations. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role where security, safety, and teamwork come first.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse or physical work experience preferred
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs throughout the day
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Must pass required 10-year background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record

Responsibilities

• Empty, sort, and process materials for secure destruction
• Operate forklifts and destruction equipment safely
• Load/unload trucks and keep materials moving
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized facility
• Follow strict safety and security procedures
• Drive company vehicles on assigned routes
• Pick up and deliver records securely
• Load/unload boxes using hand trucks
• Scan and track items using barcode systems
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle
