Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes

Nice To Haves

  • 0-3 years of customer service, administrative, retail, or showroom experience preferred
  • Interest in home building, design, or appliance/plumbing industries
  • CRM/order system experience a plus; training provided

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication via phone and email, handling order updates, product inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
  • Support showroom consultants throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, assisting with order entry, confirming project details, and managing documentation
  • Coordinate post-sale activities including order tracking, vendor communication, and delivery/installation scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, open orders, and product research so consultants can focus on selling
  • Maintain accuracy in orders, pricing, and documentation through strong attention to detail and organization
  • Support daily showroom operations, including maintaining pricing tickets, materials, and overall readiness
