About The Position

The Showroom Manager Role exists to provide support to the Kontoor Sales Team by maintaining our Dallas Sales Office. This role also supports the National Sales Director and District Managers with sample ordering, meeting scheduling, booking accommodations, and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the operation of the showroom to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Making sure that all materials are stocked, stored properly and are available when needed
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the showroom
  • Coordinating credentialing of visitors
  • Arranging merchandise and POS materials
  • Maintaining and communicating schedules of meetings and events
  • Maintain and communicate budget
  • Assist Sales Director and District Manager with tasks as needed
  • Keep accurate inventory of product lines
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of inventory
  • Maintain office hours and respond to phone and email inquiries
  • Help prospective customers understand the process to become an account and route to the correct salesperson
