Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to perform the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking between phones, emails, and various software programs.
• Support showroom sales by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues.
• Ensure personalized customer service with timely responsiveness & proactive order management.
