About The Position

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a customer-focused, energetic Showroom Experience Consultant to join our Scottsdale showroom team. As the first point of contact for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience while showcasing industry-leading window and door solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an eye for design, and wants to build a career with a premium brand in the home improvement and construction industry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, showroom, or sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home improvement, building materials, construction, interior design, furniture, remodeling, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of windows, doors, residential construction, or design products.
  • Experience working with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Associate degree or technical education.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Help customers identify solutions that best fit their project needs, style preferences, and budget.
  • Present Pella products using displays, samples, digital tools, and marketing materials.
  • Answer incoming calls and online inquiries, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.
  • Capture and track showroom traffic, leads, and customer appointments.
  • Provide product information and support to homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and designers.
  • Assist with local events, open houses, home shows, and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Pella products, services, and industry trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to address customer questions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure showroom displays, samples, and materials are maintained and presented at the highest standard.
  • Support inventory management of literature, product samples, and office supplies.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
