About The Position
All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned, multi-million-dollar home improvement company with over 40 years of success. We specialize in providing premium home remodeling solutions, including replacement windows, metal roofing, and bath/shower remodels. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking experienced Shower Installers to join our professional team. This role is ideal for skilled craftsmen who want steady, year-round work without the hassle of bidding, chasing payments, or sourcing materials. We provide all materials on-site so you can focus on what you do best—delivering high-quality shower installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing shower systems, bathroom remodels, or related construction work.
- Your own truck, trailer, and tools.
- Valid insurance, including Workman’s Comp.
- Strong craftsmanship, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
- 2+ years of experience in Bathroom installation
- Drivers License
Responsibilities
- Perform professional installation of custom shower systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Communicate with project managers to ensure timelines, expectations, and specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Represent All Weather Seal with professionalism and provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
