As one of North America's fastest-growing bathroom remodeling brands, we connect with homeowners at everything from local neighborhood events to large home shows and expos to generate leads and book consultations. As our Show & Event Manager, you'll be the force behind our event strategy—owning the setup, execution, and performance of every show.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
- Strong organizational and time management skills—you keep things running smoothly
- High-energy, people-first mindset—you lead from the front and inspire results
- Availability for weekend and evening events (local travel required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with home improvement or in-home services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
- Maximize appointment bookings through hands-on leadership and live coaching
- Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
- Maintain a sharp, professional brand presence at every show
