The Show Cleaner role at Leader Bank Pavilion works under the direction of the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and Cleaning Supervisor. This position is responsible for the daily upkeep and cleaning of various areas within the venue, including restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, and the venue itself, before, during, and after shows to ensure orderly operation and proper clean-up.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move and set up furniture
  • Ability to bend over
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
  • Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
  • Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
  • Always keep the venue safe and clean, including but not limited to restocking restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed
  • Cleaning bathroom facilities such as toilets, sinks, and floors
  • Cleaning spills and other messes on an as-needed basis throughout concerts and events
  • Picking up and sorting trash as part of our sustainability initiative
  • Thoroughly clean all areas of front of house, including but not limited to bathrooms, employee break spaces, outdoor lounge areas, and VIP areas
  • Clean dressing rooms and office spaces backstage
  • Complete a cleaning checklist of all assigned areas
  • Ensure all areas are ready to welcome guests
  • Communicate effectively with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager to ensure all cleaning needs are addressed in a timely manner
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
  • Help in the post-concert venue clean-up process (commonly referred to as the Post-Show Pick) if working to the end of a concert
