About The Position
This position is responsible for separating the breast from the shoulder joint and scapula bone using a knife, ensuring the front half is in the proper cutting position. The front half will then be spun around on the cone for the next team member on the line to make a second shoulder cut. The team member must maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
