About The Position

The purpose of a shoulder cutter is to perform quality cuts on the shoulders of the front halves. This role involves using a knife to perform quality cuts on the front half shoulders on the cone line, dropping the wing onto the wing belt, and removing the tender without excessive tearing. The employee must be able to grip a knife and cut shoulders, remove bones on a moving cone line, and work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute.
