This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid PA certification in Special Education N-12 or 7-12, with a preference for Biology certification. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in using technology effectively. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, be courteous, and interact effectively with others is essential. The candidate must be able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions, cope with the needs and behavior patterns of students, withstand emotional stress, and exhibit a warm, friendly, and helpful personality. Additionally, the ability to follow directions, complete tasks with minimal supervision, perform basic computations, work independently, make work-related decisions, and exercise good judgment in student interactions is required. Candidates must also possess original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI.
