Requirements

Previous experience as a cook or in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus—but we’re open to training passionate individuals.
A love for cooking and a dedication to high-quality food and presentation.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Team player mentality —our kitchen thrives on communication and collaboration.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes quickly and consistently, following our recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a well-organized kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, and ensure a clean work environment.
Work closely with fellow cooks and servers to keep service smooth and efficient.
Bring Ideas to the Table – Have a great idea for a new special? We love creativity and welcome input on seasonal dishes and menu enhancements.
Monitor inventory, assist with orders, and help minimize waste while keeping quality high.
Be flexible in the kitchen, stepping into different stations as needed and learning new skills along the way.
