Third blends deep niche expertise with modern execution to launch, operate, and scale commerce on new platforms, transforming culture, creators, and content into real product sales. The Role We’re looking for a Short Form Video Producer to build and scale platform-native content that drives measurable growth. This isn’t just editing. It’s understanding how attention works — and turning it into conversion. You’ll concept, produce, publish, and iterate high-volume, shoppable video content. Short-form isn’t filler here. It’s infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years creating short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
  • Deep understanding of platform-native tools and audience behavior
  • Fluency in creator tools (Adobe, Final Cut, Canva, or similar)
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and conversion
  • Proven ability to produce high-volume content without sacrificing quality
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Create high-volume short-form concepts (1–3 per day) built to convert
  • Turn trends into structured, performance-driven creative
  • Align content with platform behavior and brand positioning
  • Shoot, edit, and package videos using platform-native tools, graphics, and sound
  • Own the process from ideation through final upload
  • Treat pacing, structure, and quality as performance levers
  • Execute best-in-class posting across titles, thumbnails, metadata, sounds, filters, and cadence
  • Understand how distribution mechanics impact reach and conversion
  • Adapt quickly to platform updates and new formats
  • Analyze performance across engagement, retention, and sales
  • Use data to refine hooks, structure, and storytelling
  • Partner with paid and strategy teams to align organic and paid momentum
  • Direct and produce host talent when needed
  • Partner with external creators to expand output without sacrificing quality
  • Ensure creative ladders into broader growth objectives
