The job of the Shopkeeper is to lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating all customers and team members with care and respect. Shopkeepers are full-time employees also responsible for accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members). This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts.
