Requirements
- Mechanically inclined with ability to build and repair electrical equipment.
- Able to use all power and hand tools safely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Training on crimping, tac-ons, and distro cages for the first 2-3 weeks.
- Assigned a toolbox and necessary tools to accomplish the finished product after training.
- Work with some supervision after training to build confidence.
- Provide quality work product and attention to detail.
- Ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Other duties as business needs require.
