About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Welder Fitter to join our team in Pleasant View, Utah. We are looking for exceptional craftspeople with a strong background in fabrication to help us build critical infrastructure for top industrial clients. We are offering a competitive pay rate of $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and weld quality. This position features a reliable Day Shift (Monday–Thursday 6 AM - 4:30 PM) schedule, with occasional Friday/Saturday overtime. Requirements

5+ years of shop welding/fitting experience preferred
ASME, API tanks/vessels, or pipe assemblies experience is a major plus
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety

Responsibilities

Ability to consistently lay down quality welds passing X-Ray and Visual inspections on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Alloys across multiple positions and processes
Ability to accurately read blueprints and fit assemblies
Proficient in setting up and operating standard fabrication shop equipment
Must pass a hands-on weld test
