Requirements

3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of new and used heavy equipment.
A team-oriented personality, with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
The discipline and skill to complete a technical diagnostic and repair training program.
Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

Work on all makes and models of construction and forestry equipment in the shop ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely.
Support customers and maximize their uptime.
Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures.
Repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components including pump motors, valves, and all related components, electrical systems, and air systems.
Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on all makes and models of John Deere equipment and allied products.
