Requirements
- Education generally equivalent to a High School diploma.
- Good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees.
- Able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings.
- Able to collaborate with others (including in person) to proactively develop solutions.
- Must utilize safety glasses and safety shoes in production areas.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Moving of parts to various locations in the Machine Shop.
- Emptying of dumpsters.
- Garlocking.
- Tap burning.
- Supplying skids to machine centers.
- Miscellaneous duties related to the Machine Shop.
- Review and ensure all location information is correct on all applicable blueprints.
- Identify parts to match prints.
- Operate forklift.
- Maintain work area cleanliness and organization.
- Empty dumpsters into correct bin and/or area.
