About The Position

The Shop Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the shop and its personnel. This role involves managing parts inventory, ensuring the completion of all work orders and associated paperwork, and performing vehicle and tractor-trailer maintenance and repair. The supervisor will also be responsible for creating clear processes and procedures for the shop. The position requires the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a demanding schedule of up to 60 hours a week and on-call availability 24/7.

Requirements

• 5 years mechanical experience required
• Extensive petroleum tank repair experience required
• Strong computer skills necessary
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years of supervisory experience over mechanics required

Nice To Haves

• Certifications highly preferred
• Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred

Responsibilities
