About The Position

Stribling Equipment, LLC is seeking a skilled heavy equipment-focused Shop Service Technician to join their team. This role involves reconditioning and repairing heavy equipment and components, performing diagnostic inspections, and identifying needed repairs. The technician will also be responsible for accurately recording time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases, and maintaining tools, vehicles, and shop equipment. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of diesel technician training, work experience, or a combination of education and hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
Must provide and maintain a personal set of tools necessary to perform assigned job duties

Nice To Haves

Candidates with less than 3 years may be considered based on the depth and relevance of their combined education and experience.
Experience with John Deere equipment is highly desirable.
