About The Position

Kitchen Magic is seeking a Cabinet Maker/Carpenter to join our team in a fast-paced environment where communication, people, and problem-solving skills are valued. This role offers the opportunity to learn a valuable skill while being paid, with a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day. The Cabinet Maker works Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, with paid lunch and breaks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing the tangible results of their hard work and is not looking for a role focused solely on repetitive physical labor.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work in a noisy environment; must be able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures, bend, reach, squat, twist
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience a plus but not required
• Some carpentry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and tools to fabricate cabinet components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Assemble cabinets according to design.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
