Strickland Brothers' Shop Managers are the leaders of the service center, overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and coaching their team, and driving performance in key business metrics like oil change count, sales, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for creating a positive, high-performing work environment while ensuring all services are delivered according to the Strickland Brothers Way. This role combines team leadership, operational execution, and business management to deliver fast, friendly, and reliable service. Shop Managers are working leaders who actively support service operations alongside their team when needed, potentially assisting in roles such as greeter, hood technician, or pit technician. This position is paid weekly on an hourly basis, with schedules typically based on a 50-hour workweek. The pay range includes projected monthly bonus opportunities based on shop performance. High-performing Shop Managers have opportunities to grow into Certified Training Manager and Area Manager roles.
