Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shop Manager to lead one of our locations. Requirements

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position safely under cars
Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
Willingness to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
Basic computer operating skills

Experience is valued but not required
Prior leadership experience in oil change shops, restaurants, retail, or other businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members
Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll
Controlling inventory, including conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
Placing product orders and physically restocking inventory
Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget
Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services
Performing oil changes, changing oil filters, and other auto services as necessary
Providing excellent customer service
