We are a top‑performing supplier supporting major military aircraft platforms, ground‑support systems, Boeing, Airbus, and emerging SpaceX‑related programs. We’re looking for a dependable Shop Maintenance Technician who enjoys keeping a workspace clean, safe, and running smoothly. Requirements

Clean, valid driver’s license.
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move parts and materials.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical is helpful.

Responsibilities

Keep the shop tidy and safe: clean floors, restrooms, common areas, patios, entrances, and walkways; restock supplies; empty trash and recycling.
Maintain equipment and machinery: Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and CNC machines; wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
Help with repairs and projects: Assist with small building repairs, painting touch-ups, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks under supervision.
Manage waste and yard areas: Maintain dumpster and scrap metal zones; keep loading and storage areas organized.
Team support: Work with the shop staff and management to keep workflow efficient; help during busy times and events.
Operate equipment as needed: Forklift operation when required.
