About The Position

We're hiring a Shop Laborer to help keep our shop, yard, and properties running clean and organized. This is a hands-on role with a mix of recurring upkeep and as-needed support across the team — no two days look exactly the same.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least somewhat mechanically inclined — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable around tools and equipment
• Self-starter who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
• Reliable, on time, and able to take direction as well as work independently
• Able to do physical work outdoors in varying weather
• Comfortable and productive working independently

Responsibilities

• Sweep shop floor and lot
• Mow grass and spray weeds at company properties
• Empty shop debris and general cleanliness around the shop
• Operate forklift and skid loaders to unload trucks and organize materials
• Pick up parts and run errands
• Deliver equipment and materials to job sites
• Organize the shop and clean equipment
• Other support tasks for the crew
• Assist shop mechanic with miscellaneous tasks
