Requirements

Comfort using hand and power tools.
1-2 years of basic construction labor experience
Valid ID and driver's license free of major accidents and DUIs
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
Must possess basic work tools and work well with others (specialty tools provided by J&A)
Quickly trained for forklift license, and boom lift/scissor lift certification.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication sheets.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions and travel to work sites out of the area as needed.
A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED or college diploma.
An excellent job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
