About The Position

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support the Manager and team with a variety of assembly and production tasks, including:

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow shop sheets and technical instructions
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience maintaining inventory levels or willingness to learn
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong mechanical inclination and hands-on mindset
• Confidence using both hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assembling materials according to detailed specifications
• Using basic math skills and handheld measuring tools to ensure accuracy
• Reading and working from shop sheets and instructions
• Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving in day-to-day tasks
• Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Taking on additional responsibilities as needed
