Requirements

Excellent verbal, written and comprehension and communication skill.
Able to perform all tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Dolese Bros. Co. forklift certified.
Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
Ability to do heavy lifting.
Good safety and driving record.
Willingness to work nights, overtime and weekends as required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships
Ability to wear a respirator and perform work.
Self-motivated, organized and can work without direct supervision.
Ability to work near, around or on light or heavy equipment
Lift objects of various dimensions and up to 100lbs. of weight frequently
Ability to repeatedly climb stairs and climb ladders
Ability to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
Ability to use vibration tools repeatedly
Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather conditions.
Ability to repeatedly reach, squat and tolerate prolonged standing / walking / sitting
Ability to repeatedly walk on uneven surfaces

Responsibilities

Perform and document all required General Shop inspections.
Make sure all trash receptacles are emptied and walkways are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
Assisting other mechanics as needed and completing special projects for the shop Supervisor.
Wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) related to task being performed as well as using all required safety equipment and procedures.
Maintaining a neat and professional appearance of self and shop areas.
Perform Lawn maintenance when necessary.
Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
