Shop Laborer - Fabrication & Assembly
About The Position
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Shop Laborer in Pleasant View, UT to join our Facilities & Pipeline team in the Fab Shop. This is a hands-on role with a competitive pay rate, a great schedule, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that treats you like family. The role offers a competitive wage of $18.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience) and a 4-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), providing 3-day weekends every week. The comprehensive compensation package includes weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off (PTO).
Requirements
- Experience with saw operations and hand/power tools (e.g., impact drivers).
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following directions.
- English speaking proficiency.
- Self-driven team player who takes pride in quality work.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Operates with safety top-of-mind.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
