About The Position
This is a temp-to-hire position for a Shop Helper in Houston, TX. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, loading and unloading materials, operating equipment and vehicles, cleaning tools and machinery, and performing yard maintenance. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to OSHA and company rules, including the use of PPE. Steel toe boots are required.
Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass background and drug screen.

- Experience with sandblasting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Keep floors, work areas, and storage yards clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Load and unload raw materials, parts, and tools from delivery trucks.
- Drive equipment and company vehicles.
- Clean, degrease, and pressure-wash tools, machinery, and parts before or after use.
- Sandblast parts and equipment.
- Restock supplies and track tool check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform yard maintenance tasks.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety rules, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
