The MAIN PURPOSE of this role is to assist in maintaining the shop and equipment, and perform general warehouse duties such as assisting with inventory and core tracking.

Requirements

• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Operate lawn equipment.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to mechanical or hydraulic systems (trade school, previous labor role, automotive or hands-on experience).
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging gear).
• Motivated, dependable, and safety‑focused.
• Must comply with all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• High School diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics in assembly/inspection/repair of equipment or components.
• Inspect and test water bags as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and yard.
• Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Ensure company owned equipment is properly used.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
